RESERVATION POLICIES

• Your reservation guarantees a site, but not a certain site number
• Holiday weekends require a minimum stay of 3 days.
• Good Sam  discount applied to Daily Rate only upon presentation of card
• All rates shown are based on two persons
• All rates are to be paid in full at or prior to check-in

A deposit held by a credit/debit card is required to hold a reservation.  Your card will be processed when you check in, not beforehand. 

Daily reservations require a one (1) day deposit.  No-Shows, changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of arrival date will be charged the full amount of the deposit.  Holiday weekends require a seven (7) day advance notice for changes or cancellations to avoid being charged the full amount of the deposit. 

Seasonal reservations require a deposit in the amount of $350.  Monthly reservations or longer require a deposit in the amount of $100.  No-Shows, changes or cancellations will be charged the full amount of the deposit.
